Details

For Registration of IEC The following Documents are Required.

 

If Formation of business Concern is in Proprietorship:

  • Pan Card Of Proprietor
  • Id and Address Proof.
  • Office electricity Bill.
  • 6 Photos.
  • Rental Agreement.
  • Bank account Letter Issued From Bank( from your company current account).
  • letter of Display of Name Board of concern.
  • letter of Authorisation.
  • Letter of Declaration of eou
  • DD as per Norms of Dgft.
  • Registraton of Vat /labour/service Tax/or any other registration Certificate.
  • May ask More information from Dgft as per Requirement document or informatin is to be submitted.

If Formation Of business Concern in Partnership Firm:

  • Pan Card Of Partnership Firm.
  • Id and Address Proof of all partners.
  • Office electricity Bill.
  • 6 photos of Managing Partner.
  • Rental Agreement.
  • Bank account Letter Issued From Bank( from your company current account).
  • letter of Display of Name Board of concern.
  • letter of Authorisation.
  • Letter of Declaration of eou
  • DD as per Norms of Dgft.
  • May ask More information from Dgft as per Requirement document or informatin is to be submitted

If Formation of business Concern is in Private Limited:

  • Pan Card Of Private Limited Company.
  • Incorporation Cetificate Of Company.
  • Moa,
  • Aoa,
  • Id and Address Proof of all Directors.
  • 6 Photos of Managing Director(who signed on application)
  • Office electricity Bill
  • Rental Agreement.
  • Bank account Letter Issued From Bank( from your company current account).
  • letter of Display of Name Board of concern.
  • letter of Authorisation.
  • Letter of Declaration of eou
  • DD as per Norms of Dgft.
  • Registration of vat/labour/service tax/or any other registration certificate.
  • May ask More information from Dgft as per Requirement document or informatin is to be submitted.
